An agent will review the case. It will review all the data of the order and all the information provided by the buyer. Finally, you will contact the seller and look for a solution that guarantees satisfaction for the buyer.



How much time do I have to file a claim?

You can make a claim during the first two years. However, the advantages are much better during the first 6 months.



When are reimbursements received?

The refund will be made once the seller receives the product in his store.



About the conditions of the product

The product must be returned in perfect condition. If it is damaged or has been used extensively, the seller may also request a review of the claim.

The seller will make a full refund of the amount. The product must not have been used. The user must provide evidence of a malfunction.

The seller will make a full refund of the amount except shipping costs. The product must not have been used. The user must provide evidence of a malfunction. The buyer must pay the shipping costs to the buyer.



Purchases in the European Union

If you make a purchase in the European Union, you will get the same guarantees as if you were buying in your country. The seller and the manufacturer must offer you a satisfactory solution during the first two years.
